Public Offer (Terms of Service / User Agreement)

Parties and Acceptance

This Public Offer is made by Worqlo SHPK (translated into Worqlo Limited), short name “Worqlo”. By accessing or using Worqlo’s website or services you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree you must stop using the services.

Definitions

“Services” means the Worqlo website and any applications, connectors, and features we provide. “User” or “you” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services. “Organization” means the entity that owns or administers a Worqlo account for its users. “Customer Content” means data you submit, upload, or connect to the Services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. If your account is created by an Organization, that Organization may control access and settings.

License and Access

Worqlo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and applicable documentation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include illegal activity, infringing intellectual property, disrupting systems, interfering with security, reverse engineering (unless allowed by law), using the Services to create a competing product, or violating third-party terms for connected systems.

Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy available at worqlo.com. By using the Services, you acknowledge that processing.
